Edit an existing booking
We’re sorry but, at this time, you can’t edit the details of an existing booking. As a workaround, we recommend:
Changing a Confirmed Booking
If you need to change a confirmed booking, we suggest you contact the confirmed sitter and see if they are able to take the job with the new date or time.
If they can still take the job, you should cancel your confirmed booking and resend the request with the correct details to ONLY that sitter. See Send a Request to One Sitter to learn how to send a request to a single sitter.
If the sitter cannot take the job, cancel the booking and resend with the appropriate details.
Changing a Pending Booking
If you need to change a pending booking, we suggest you cancel the booking and resend it with the appropriate details.
